Spyro Metaxas has been a board member and secretary of the Foundation since its inception.
Spyro Metaxas holds a PhD in international and economic law on the regulation of multinationals by code of conduct, after obtaining an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
Initially active in the field of construction and industry, he was associated in particular with a wealth management company and an architectural office.
In addition to his activities as an independent legal advisor, he has managed multidisciplinary projects and family office activities. He has served on the board of directors of several companies, including a Multinational Family company with more than 15,000 employees. He was president of the Jean-Gabriel Eynard Association, a philhellenic society with the aim of enhancing Greek, ancient and modern culture; he has been a member of Sharing Knowledge Foundation Board since its inception.
