Shimon TAL holds B.SC and M.Sc in Soil & Water Sciences from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He has over 37 years of experience in water supply and integrated water resources management. Shimon Tal own a private consultancy and he teaches sustainability in water management in the Interdisciplinary College in Herzeliya. He is involved in the dissemination of Israeli Water and Agricultural Technologies around the world. Shimon Tal served as the Water Commissioner of Israel for 6 years. Before that he was the VP for Engineering & Technology in Mekorot.
