Konstantinos Lanaras has been a board member and treasurer of the Foundation since its inception and he succeeded Robert Klaplisch, the founder, since 2020 as President.
He has over 40 years of experience in Wealth Management in Geneva, having worked for the Republic National Bank and its successor bank, HSBC, from 1988 to 2005 as a relationship Manager and Managing Director. In 2005 he founded CAPLAND SA, which he manages till today.
He was simultaneously COO of the CMA Group of Companies, a Fund of Hedge Funds until 2009. He received his BA and MA from Webster University of St Louis in Geneva, with a focus on Management and International Relations.
