
Amal HADDOUCHE

Amal HADDOUCHE is a chemical Engineer. She started her career in 1985 in the private sector (ceramic) before joining the Ministry of Energy and Mines in 1987. She covered several positions: Head Division of Petroleum Products, Head Division of Exploration and Natural Gas and Director of Electricity and Renewable Energy. On May 2005 Mrs Haddouche was appointed General Director of the Renewable Energy Development Center (CDER). In particular, she contributed to the preparation of the National Strategy for Renewable and Energy Efficiency: 2020 Vision. This strategy has been presented during a national conference (Assises de l’Energie) on march 2009. On June 2009, she is appointed General Engineer (Ingénieur Général) at the Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment. She covered the position of Technical Advisor for two former ministers of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment.
